On February 22nd, Xiamen C&D Corporation Limited (referred to as "C&D Group") and Haier Group Corporation (referred to as "Haier Group") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the Haier Ecological Experience Center in Qingdao. The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from both companies, including Zhou Yunjie, Chairman and CEO of Haier Group, Li Huagang, Senior Vice President of Haier Group and Chairman and President of Haier Smart Home, Huang Wenzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of C&D Group, and Zheng Yongda, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of C&D Group. Xu Meng, General Manager of Government and Enterprise Affairs Strategic Cooperation Department at Haier Group, Vice President of Haier Smart Home, and General Manager for China, and Wang Zhibing, Deputy General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of the Consumer Goods Group, represented their respective sides in the signing.

Under the agreement, C&D Group and Haier Group will collaborate in areas such as distinctive industrial and urban complexes (integrating smart homes, smart communities, industrial internet, and smart cities), supply chain channels, and operations. Focusing on the ultimate user experience and various IoT ecosystem scenarios, both parties aim to leverage their strengths for mutual benefit and continue exploring innovative strategic cooperation models with Chinese characteristics.
