On August 18, Xiamen City Company, a subsidiary of Lianfa Group, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Committee of Respect for the Elderly Project. The aim of this collaboration is to establish a retreat base in Lianfa Lancheng - Taoli Chunfeng Town.
It has been reported that the Respect for the Elderly Project is a significant initiative within China's socialized senior service system. This project has received approval from the Information Center of the National Office on Ageing. The primary objective of this endeavor is to construct a novel supporting social model for the aged that aligns with China's national conditions. The Taoli Chunfeng Town, constructed by the esteemed Lianfa Group, has successfully implemented a comprehensive range of supporting facilities, including the essential services of "All-inclusive accommodation with happiness and satisfaction guaranteed." This collaboration is set to foster a seamless integration of healthcare, tourism, and real estate, ultimately paving the way for the sustainable growth of old-age care in the long run.
